ITD integrates visual, pressure, and current detection,
with more comprehensive functions：

1. Through visual inspection, it can confirm whether the end face
condition of the upper and lower electrode caps of the welding gun
is good after grinding, and the test results are fed back to the robot in real time.

2. The pressure value between the moving and static electrodes of
the welding gun is collected by the pressure sensor, and the working
pressure is measured to determine whether it is normal.

3. The welding current value of the welding gun is collected by
the large current sensor, and the welding current is measured to
determine whether it is normal.
